GSAP preloader examples
A preloader buys a site its first impression. The examples here are intro sequences that run once on load: a counter climbs, a curtain or a grid of tiles lifts away, and the hero arrives with its headline split into lines. The real differences are in how the loader hands over to the page. Clip-path wipes open the hero from a slit or a block. GSAP Flip carries an image from the loader into its final place in the layout, so the intro becomes part of the page instead of a separate screen.
Others orbit words along SVG circles, zoom out from a giant logo mark until the hero appears around it, or resolve an ASCII rendering into the real photograph. CustomEase curves give each sequence its timing signature. Use a preloader when the site really has assets to load, or when the brand moment is worth a couple of seconds; leave it out of pages people visit to read.
