About motionprompts

For years, the kind of animated websites that win Awwwards — buttery scroll effects, WebGL heroes, kinetic type — were the exclusive territory of top agencies charging $10,000–$30,000 per site. The techniques weren't secret, but wiring GSAP, ScrollTrigger, Lenis and Three.js together at production quality took specialist experience most teams didn't have.

AI coding agents changed that — if you can describe an effect precisely enough. That's what motionprompts is: a library of production-grade animation components where every component has been rebuilt, tested, and then distilled into a validated prompt. Paste the prompt into Claude Code, Cursor or any AI coding agent and it reproduces the component — structure, timing, easing and all — inside your own project, ready to adapt to your design.

How components are made

Each component in the gallery is a real, standalone implementation — not a snippet. It's built and tuned by hand, recorded, and reviewed before it ships. The prompt is then validated by actually running it through an AI agent and comparing the result against the original. Only prompts that reproduce the effect faithfully are published.

Who's behind it

motionprompts is built and maintained by Vanguardia, a studio specialized in high-end animated websites and AI-powered development. The components in this gallery are the same caliber of work we ship for clients — published here free, as prompts, so anyone can use them. It has no ads and no tracking.
