Privacy policy

Last updated: 2026-08-04

The short version

motionprompts.dev is a static website. It shows no ads, never profiles you, doesn't ask you to create an account and doesn't sell data to anyone. The only tracking is Google Analytics, and it does not load at all unless you accept it — decline and your browser makes zero requests to Google.

Analytics

If you accept, we load Google Analytics 4 to understand which components people find useful. We measure pages viewed, searches typed into the gallery, which components get opened and when someone copies a prompt. We do not use it for advertising, remarketing or ad personalisation — those permissions stay switched off permanently. Google truncates your IP address before storing it, and the data is deleted after 14 months.

Cookies

With analytics accepted, Google Analytics sets two first-party cookies — _ga and _ga_<id> — which distinguish one browser from another so a returning visit isn't counted twice. They expire after 2 years and contain a random identifier, not your name. If you decline, no cookies are set at all. Your language choice and your answer to the banner are kept in your browser's local storage (mp-lang, mp-consent) and never leave your device.

Your choice

You can change your mind at any time — the button below reopens the banner. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a “no” and never ask.

Server logs

Like virtually every website, our web server (nginx) writes standard access logs — IP address, requested URL, browser user-agent and timestamp — used solely for security and to keep the site running. Logs are rotated and deleted automatically and are never shared with third parties.

External requests

All fonts, scripts, videos and 3D assets are served from motionprompts.dev itself. Apart from the Google Analytics tag described above — which only loads if you accept it — your browser makes no requests to third-party services when you browse the gallery.

Your rights

The data controller for this site is SOLUCIONES IA PROCURSA SAS, with registered address at Av. de la Cantera 2550, Ciudad del Sol, Querétaro, Mexico, operating under the Vanguardia brand; Google Ireland Ltd. processes the analytics data on our behalf. Under Mexico's LFPDPPP you may exercise your ARCO rights — access, rectification, cancellation and objection — and, if you are in the EU, the equivalent rights under the GDPR, by writing to contact@vanguardia.dev. If we don't resolve it, you may complain to Mexico's data protection authority (the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, which took over INAI's functions) or, in the EU, to your national authority.

Changes

If this policy changes, the change will be reflected on this page with an updated date. If what we measure ever changes materially, the banner will ask you again.
